The Red Shore Experience
A catered meal like you’ve never experienced. Focused on showcasing the best shellfish that comes from the waters surrounding Prince Edward Island, this private chef al fresco experience rivals some of the best restaurants in PEI. Unlike a restaurant, however, this can be served almost anywhere your heart and stomach desire. Created for a minimum of 4 people, this fully prepared experience will not only leave your palate satisfied but dreaming of where you’ll want to have the next one…

The Red Mud Experience
The red mud that is our soil, our gold, and our soul, produces some of the best fruits and vegetables you’ll ever consume. Even better than that, the red mud grows the food that our pastured livestock thrive on. We here in PEI may be biased, but we wholeheartedly believe that our cattle, hogs, sheep, and poultry are the healthiest, tastiest animals one could eat. With that as a building block, the Red Mud Experience will be an unforgettable carnivorous culinary experience. From charcuterie to full-on wood-fired barbecue, we will create not just a meal but a food event unlike anything you’ve experienced.
The Red Mud Experience is yours to create. We source from local farmers and use only certified abattoirs for our meat. You decide what you’d like to have in the experience, and we’ll build everything else around it.
